Return Policy
We offer a 60-day no hassle return policy for our valued customers. You can test it and return it within 60 days if you are not satisfied.
You may return any item in original packaging as long as the products are not damaged or abused when you are testing it for your use. You can return the products for any reason within 60 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Original shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.
No Restocking Fees*
We will not charge a restocking fee as long as the products are in original packaging, not damaged or abused and returned within 60 days from the date of delivery.
If products are damaged or abused, we may refuse the return or charge a restocking fee at our discretion.
Return shipping charges and liability is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches our possession.
How to return a product
Please contact us if you need to return a product. Warranty replacements and procedures will be determined based on the product manufacturer’s warranty including any extended warranty purchased with the product.
*You are responsible for backing up data and clearing data that is stored on your devices. We not responsible for transferring data on replacements.
Payment Policy
Payments are processed securely by PayPal services.
With PayPal checkout you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you can make payment by debit or credit card. Or you can log-in to an existing PayPal account. A PayPal account is not required to process your payment. Once you complete your transaction you will be redirected back to our website. You will also receive an email receipt from PayPal.
If you process your order in PayPal using an eCheck it usually takes 3 to 5 business days to clear. Your order will ship once the eCheck has cleared.
